Hey there!

You have no idea how EXCITED I am that after so much work, I finally get to launch my new blog. I have just come across so many beautiful blogs and felt that I wanted to be a part of it. My story goes a little like this: I’m originally from Brazil and moved to Wisconsin, U.S. when I was 15. I went to the University of Wisconsin – Madison and majored in Journalism & Advertising. You’re probably wondering where my love for graphics and design came from if I didn’t study it? EXACTLY. I didn’t have the opportunity to learn graphic design formally, however, I spent a lot of time teaching myself different styles and ways of doing things visually. Coming up with “Pretty Talk” was a way for me of combining two things I love – travel & design – peppered with inspiration I find from other bloggers out there.
