Okay, this is probably the girliest post you will ever see around here. I am very far away from being a beauty expert like I would probably feel as confident about giving someone a makeover as I would delivering someone’s baby. BUT this summer I really got into lipsticks. It’s amazing what it can do to your confidence. I started wearing it when I visited new cities where I didn’t really know anyone and felt pressure-free to be judged.
I wear a lot of basic, peachy colors every day and when it’s time to jazz things up, I wear red. There are buzillions of reds out there, I mean, how could a three-letter-word be translated into some many different shades? Well if you are clue-less and need a place to start, these reds are my must-have. Do you have favorites? - Pati

I love a good red lipstick but I am too scared to use it! Instead I tend to go for a lipstain or balm that’s quite red but not so dark.

I tend to prefer berry shades to pure reds, but I’m very tempted by the Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic. I have a pink shade and I really like it, but I’m also looking for a subtle way to wear read.
I do have some berry shades that i use as well, i will look into the revlon balm stain you suggested. i’m all about trying new products :) thanks for the tip! x
I think I tried every lipstick under the sun until I happened upon Cle De Peau. The colors are fantastic (although I always go with some form of red) and it’s super moisturizing. I’m addicted for sure.
